This is how my children refer to the Best Western Ramkota. My husband and I agree totally. The service is BAR NONE the best in Rapid City. Their ad says "Complimentary High Speed Internet", they do not tell you it is only available in the lobby. and very few rooms. The toilet seat would not stay up, a real pet peave for a guy.
