There were no services provided by this hotel. The only good thing about it was the proximity to Fenway Park. They charged an exorbitant amount for shuttle service to the airport, which I might add was more than a taxi. They charged you for parking your car on their lot, then doubled that amount on game days. Please let your users of Yahoo travel services know that Howard Johnson at Fenway provide... [more]s absolutely no services and the air conditioning in the room is "iffy" at best. Their only claim is that they are so close to Fenway Park. [less]

Nice place. Nothing fancy but clean, comfortable, friendly and across the alley from Fenway.
The staff was kind enough to hold our luggage for us after we checked out so that we could pick it up after the game.
I will stay there again.

i loved the location.
amazingly easy to get anywhere in the city from here and still not hemmed in anywhere.

the floors were filthy in the common areas and the rooms were clean but they looked run down. well worn, maybe. not what i expected for the price.
