We recently spent 4 nights at this superb hotel. We travel a lot and it's rare that I don't have at least one complaint. However, I didn't find one thing that could be improved upon. It began when the bellman showed us our assigned room. I didn't like the configuration & the darkness (very limited natural light came into the room. The bellman called to ask about changing our room and the hotel manager came up and showed me 3 other rooms to choose from. He recommended a room with east lighting and a view of the mountains... lovely. (You just have to ASK for a change if you don't like something)Each room has a balcony with table & chairs. During this time of year, the balconies and rooftime with lines with luminarias. Bedding and pillows were so soft and luxurious as were the towels & washclothes. Robes were in the closet. Wake-up call was a real live person... not an automated voice! Everytime we picked up the phone to ask for something (like our car) we were referred to by name. I ordered room service which arrived in 10 minutes. Then the dirty dishes were whisked away from the hallway within 15 minutes of my putting them in the hall! When the complimentary computer in the business center was occupied with someone reading e-mail, the front desk went on-line and printed out our SW airlines boarding passes (no charge). Concierge was very helpful and didn't hesitate to look up information about Albuquerque for us. There were numerous complimentary magazines in the room about Santa Fe and NM... and not just the stardard tourist magazines... several featured places of architectural interest. Conference facilities were excellent and needs were well met for the group. We highly recommend this Inn and look forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful. Simply beautiful. If you want a romantic getaway, this is an amazing choice. This place should light a fire among any couple. The rooms are gorgeous and the Inn looks extremely sexy on the outside. Overall a bit pricey, but in the area it's a steal. Definitely worth the money. Great experience.

I have stayed here for years, and it just keeps getting better! Only exception, the hotel was bought by Nobel House, and it seems that the front desk staff is getting younger and less experienced. The addition of the Spa a few years ago makes this almost perfect. The Vista Grande rooms are terrific, and the balconies actually have a view of something other than a brick wall. However, now that the meeting rooms are there, if you look down, you see the roof top. Oh, well, the mountains are in the distance. The bar is the best of any of the hotels! The staff is friendly, and the location is ideal. Not as expensive as Anazazi with rooms almost as nice and an on site spa and a heated pool, nicer rooms than La Fonda, closer than El Dorado to the Plaza, good food and super convenient location - all for a reasonable price! That rates 5 stars in my book!

Overall Rating: 4

This hotel was the only disappointing thing on our weekend trip. The room, for the money, is a joke. The rooms were So dark (adobe style hotel) that reading of the gratis Sante mag's were moot. I bought a "deluxe view room with a balcony"- the view was of the valet parking lot! Although the bathroom was clean. The room service/ resturant service was bad too. I pre ordered/paid for a bottle of wine and cheese tray to be delivered upon our arrival. It never came until I called down stairs a couple hours later. (they new what time we would be arriving) Oh and the prices of the room serivce- $4 for 2 eggs? Never again! The spa services are nothing in comparison to Las Vegas' Venetian hotel and the Canyon Ranch!
