The next morning there was no coffe and had to ask THREE seperate times and 20 minutes for desk clerk to make it. He was not in any hurry to help anyone there. We had two rooms and one of them had no hot water. When we informed the front desk his response was" Hmmmm that cant be and could do nuthing for us... [more]" HORRIBLE customer service. it is worth the drive to move on down I-225 [less]
