We really like the room cleanliness and the pool area. It is a great hotel and I cant wait to go back. and I like the shuttle service that takes to the Metrodome and back. When leaving, even our cab driver said that people complain about hoe dirty the hotel is. Examples? Dust and dirt all around the floor boards, peeling wallpaper with mold behind it, toilets that seemed to flush by appointment only (these same observations were made from a co-worker in his room), thermostat was not adjustable (or reachable as the lid to reach it was br... [more]okern in the wall mounted heat exchange), little or no services (literally, an automated "gift shop" which was little more than a giant vending machine). Even the staff, when pressed acknowledged that the place had real problems, I frankly felt sorry for them. Oh and to top it off, NO Starwood points awarded! Why I have no idea.
