The trip from the airport to the hotel took about a half an hour but the van driver made it seem like a couple of minutes. He made me feel like part of the Radisson family. He seemed to really care about me and my day.

Wonderful friendly staff, especially the front desk. Affordable rates and lots of entertainment around hotel. Excellent restaurant and lounge on site as well. I will definitely be coming back. Good job Radisson!

...I traveled to this hotel 2 summers in a row with my boyfriend, a Radisson hotel employee in the Twin Cities area. You'd think we'd have learned having a terrible experience there once, not to go back, but with an employee discount we figured we'd give them another shot. Big mistake. This place has TERRIBLE service! Summer of 2003, we were treated rudely, and they made it seem like a simple request for a roll-a-way bed a huge hassle. The room was a suite, and as nice as the room was, it couldn't make up for the terrible service. They had held the reservation for the room with our debit card but we informed them on the phone that we would be paying cash. We even called back to confirm this but lo and behold - upon check out, we paid cash and found out later that they charged the room a SECOND TIME onto the card, causing us overdraft fees. Summer of 2004, I was 8 months pregnant with our baby and had terrible sciatic nerve pain as a result. When I called to reserve the room I requested that we be on the first floor so that I wouldn't have to climb stairs and they said that would not be a problem, as the hotel would only be 30-40% full during our stay. But you guessed it, when we checked in, we discovered our room was on the second level and very far to the back of the hotel and when we asked to be moved to the first level due to my pregnancy, the front desk woman gave me a "once over" and said "You know, we DO have an elevator." I had no problem whatsoever using an elevator, but I was APPALLED at this woman's sour disposition! That was incredibly rude of her to not at the very LEAST be polite about it, regardless of changing our room assignment (which she DID NOT).
I do NOT recommend this hotel. The only way I feel it would be a pleasant stay is for them to restaff the whole place, end of story.

The location is great and not far from shopping malls, places to out to eat at, and very easy to find and get to.

Location is perfect for business and pleasurable getaways. High Speed Internet Access in all guest rooms, hotel lobby, meeting rooms and business center. They also have great banquet facilities that hold at least up to 250 people at one time.

They have a very nice swimming pool, fitness center and is wheelchair assessible. They offer a lot of amenities and have High Speed Internet in all rooms which make it nice if you are there on business and need access to a laptop.

Overall, it is the best hotel that I have ever stayed in, where everyone is nice and friendly, the service is great, and the hotel itself is kept very very clean and spotless.

There was no hot water in the morning for a shower...2 days in a row.
