We love Circus Circus!! We have been going to Reno for about 7 years now...at least once a year, sometimes 2 or 3 times. We have stayed at El Dorado and Legacy and we really prefer Circus. the price is great and the rooms are clean and large. We have always had great service and have gotten exactly what we asked for...non smoking, double queen...
We have eaten at 3 of the restaurants - the buffet, the Americana Cafe and the Deli. We have enjoyed them all. The only thing that might have been a negative was that the service at the Americana was a bit slow...not a big deal.
We do most of our gambling there on both slots and table games. My husband plays 21 and Pai Gow and I love Pai Gow and we both play slots. The staff is friendly and helpful. The dealers are quick to help if you have a question.
We will be back in 4 weeks, 6 days!! Can't wait!!

	1hour+ check in queue on Sun/Mon/Tue - a Zoo !

The room rate provided value but the atmosphere of the dark dull dated dingy late 70`s gambling areas was depressing-
The 1 hour + check in Q was a shocker of an intro to the Hotel.
To stay OK but play the tables and eat somewhere else if you want a bright upbeat Vegas experience.

Could be cleaner. (not cleaned well along corners) Mattreess were not high quality. Rooms were big. Very attractive decor. Limited TV channel selection. Bath room floor was vinyl.

Dirty, musty, stained, wet dog, and ashtray smell. The service, however was fine. We were 'upgraded' to the suite because of a mixup of not getting non-smoking. Dank is an understatement. Burn marks in the carpet were the size of marks-a-lot markers. All the glass had a nasty film on it.
I went back to get another room, and was told we had their best room. We were down-graded to double beds non-smoking. Except for the smell of pot, it was ok. Don't expect to walk in the room with no shoes on! Thank God for flip-flops. For 70$ a night, it was barely better than the backseat of my car. But it was New Years weekend, so other options were twice as expensive.

I could hear the sky tram all night so that was not fun. The room looked redone and newer. The casino is nothing to write home about. Many better places to stay in Reno

What a deal for a ski vacation . . . Mt Rose is 30 minutes away with great skiing, friendly staff - great for the kids! Good runs, great snow, decent price! Circus Circus offers diversity from the ski scene. And, WOW! the price is unbelieveable! Can't beat it!

We always stay in the sky tower. The walk or the tram to our rooms are refreshing. The value is fantastic for service and the quality of the room. We always make this our home when in Reno.

My only complaint is the walk to the tower! Anytime we wanted to go back to the room it was quite a walk and then had to wait for the shuttle. The room was nice, large and clean. The casino was our favorite. We won and played more here than any of the other casinos in the area. Never did see the circus though. Too busy gambling!
