The Hotel featured an excellent staff, very courteous and attentive, eager to please. The rooms were very clean and tidy, we were treated like princesses.

I like this place cause the rooms are lovely and very welcoming, the view is ok and the price is reasonable, you cant beat this deal.

Excellent service and great value for a luxurious "starlight" room. This room has an huge atrium-style window, and part of the ceiling is glass. I stayed there in the Winter when it was snowing, and it was very romantic.

The staff foresaw our every need.
Great restaurant (Pazzo Ristorante)
Pet friendly, we have a small Sheltie.
Relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are beautiful.

This hotel was very nice and had an old fashion feel. The location is great, next to all the shopping downtown. Service people were nice and polite. Rooms were decent.

If you want romance come here! I would recommend the Garden Spa room. It's the most lovely room in all of Portland. Trust me I've looked. This room has a cozy hot tub on the veranda looking out onto downtown Portland, a king size bed complete with sitting lounge and wet bar. They have gone above and beyond the call of dutywith their elite service. The Romance package is a nice touch to top off the evening. Scattered rose petals, chilled champagne or cider and bath salts set the mood.My husband and I stayed their on the night of our wedding and have made it a ritual to go back on our anniversary for the past several years. It's the best!!!!!!
