It was just a hotel room. No one spends alot of time in them.Clean and Quiet and not far from the main reno strip. THe service was good they changed my room, with no problems, when I needed an extra bed.

When we book the hotel, we think it's the Atlantis Casino main tower. We didn't know there is motor lodge. The reality is we end up stay at the motor lodge for a night and that's really awful. After talked to the manager, we exchanged to main tower and pay $22 extra every night. Since this hotel is precharged, we can't change to other hotel.

Rooms are beautiful, spacious, and always clean. Staff are very polite and helpful and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need.
Atmosphere is very alive and always something happening. No need to just stay in room or find things to do outside of hotel as activities are plentiful.

I think the food is the best in all casinos those big shrimp and peeled.Most casinos give you shrimp but they are small and not peeled.The selection and variety you can/t beet.

the hotel was excellent like always but they costumer service was more than excelent we have a little problem because the snow storm, and we alredy check out they were so nice and qave us another room to stay one more night the make us feel than they really care about us thank every body in atlantis specialy the girl in the fron desk she was so nice

I stayed in their motor lodge. It's the cheapest type of lodging the Atlantis offered (We got the room under 20 dollars). The room is like Motel 6 and unfortunately not very clean. But it's okay considering the price is so low. There is a long line at the front desk (this can not be justified with the low price since people who paid $100 for the tower suite will wait in the same line) when we checked in and I would attribute that to the inefficiency of the staff. The casino itself is also kind of mediocre. The only silver lining is their great buffet. It's voted the best buffet by the local people. I have tried out the lunch/dinner buffets at El Dorado, Silver Legacy and some other chinese restaurant. Atlantis is indeed the best buffet in Reno I have ever tasted so far. It's better than most of the Las Vegas Buffets. I would say it's of the same grade as Aladdin and better than Bellagio. With $15.99 for the sunday champagne brunch(yeah, i know it's more expensive than the hotel room on a per person basis but it's worth the money), I really got a big bang for my buck!
