My air conditioner didn't work, however they have assured me that they would compensate me with one free night on my next visit. By the next day, my air conditioner was operable.

The hotel serviced its purpose - quick NYC trip for a wedding in Central Park.

Very nice 'boutique' like..small, clean, trendy, quick service, amenities were convenient and useful. Great French Bakery one block away. Good location between East Village, Central Park, Time Square.

I got a pretty economical deal for this hotel and absolutely loved it..The service was prompt and the staff was very polite. They are located close to the main attractions. Hotel was always kept tidy and I would highly recommend it!!

70 Park Avenue Hotel is the new hotel opened by the renowned and style driven Kimpton Group. This hotel offers a great Midtown Manhattan location on the corner of Park Avenue at 38th. Ideal location for business and leisure, it is easy walking distance to Madison Avenue and Fifth Avenue shopping, Grand Central Station, the United Nations' headquarters, and Rockefeller Center. Broadway theaters, the city's museums and abundant nightlife are easily accessible from this location. 70 Park Avenue offers a bevy of great amenities that are otherwise novel among New York hotels (like an evening wine reception.

Formerly the Doral Park, this hotel has undergone a major makeover prior to its debut in July, 2004. The new hotel features the highly stylized design typical of Kimpton Group hotels, with 205 comfortable, well equipped and attractive guest rooms.
