the beds,spa,pools,service,clenliness,location and value for money were great cant wait to go back!!!!!!!!!! i want with kids even they had fun. the beach is so close it really cool

I arrived at 4:00 PM and my room wasn't ready until 5:30 PM because the place was full the night before. I was offered a smoking room. No offer of any amenities were made to help compensate for the inconvenience or to deflect a complaint.
The bathroom was worthy of a third rate Best Western in the boondocks. The door was rotting, there were rust stains in the bathtub and the wallpaper w... [more]as peeling.
This place needs an extreme makeover. [less]

The Hyatt is a gorgeous hotel with great view, location, and service. We were very happy with the room, food, and meeting spaces. They make you feel very comfortable and some of the staff even rescued us from a very bad party. They are courteous and friendly. I can't wait to go back!!!!
