The location is the only thing worthwhile. The restaurant next door, Wet Willies, can be heard at all times even at 5am as they clean up. The service at the hotel is horrible, but i agree with another review written, for a college student on spring break there are plenty of other things to spend your money on so saving some money and staying at the starlite is nice. Also, the beach right there ... [more]and plenty of nice restaurants in walking distance is very handy [less]

not very nice - but right in SOuth Beach. door's don't lok very well so don't leave anything in the room. right next to great food and the ocean

I am a senior at the University of Michigan and writer of restaurant and hotel reviews to be published in the school paper. My bookings are for Decemmer 21-28-2005 at that time an evelauation will take place. I stayed at the Colony two years ago, a few doors away.
