service was good, friendly but the cost of stay is little expensive. Except that would grade it 4 1/2 our of 5. One good thing about the hotel location is apt for a visitor who like to stay in the Down town.

This hotel is located in the midst of eveything! There is a place for the children to play directly across the street and there is also a resturant to eat adjacent to the hotel. You are at the best shopping on michigan ave.

A very friendly staff at this hotel. The location is great for getting out and seeing downtown Chicago. Great value for the price! Would stay again.

The Lenox Suites on the Near North Side of downtown Chicago sits only a block off North Michigan Avenue, close to shops, restaurants and vibrant nightclubs. Navy Pier and the popular Oak Street Beach along Lake Michigan are within a mile of the hotel. Guests who enjoy running, walking, bicycling or in line skating should bring their gear for exercising along the 20 mile lakefront path. They can rent bicycles and skates at beachfront locations and canoeing, kayaking and rowing equipment from the Lincoln Park Boathouse.

Less than two blocks from the hotel, Pizzeria Uno, the original of the national chain that claims to have invented Chicago style deep dish pizza, reels in the faithful. Pizzeria Due a half block away opened to catch the overflow of diners with a penchant for pizza. Guests who don't prefer pizza can stop by Houston's in the hotel for prime rib, baked potatoes and other American favorites. Andrew's is a bright diner in the hotel, perfect for breakfasts and quick lunches.

Baskets of fresh fruit at the small reception desk is a clue to the hotel's friendly ambience. The lobby's French provincial decor of cheerful yellows and blues and whimsical art is anything but stuffy. The hotel's amenities include a fitness facility, business center, same day dry cleaning service and complimentary continental breakfasts delivered to guestrooms each morning.
