We always wanted to stay the night here, but like others thought it might be too pricey for the little guy like us. So after doing a little checking, found out my husband and I and our 2 children could stay there off season, which was the first weekend in March when we went, for about $10 more than it was going to cost us to stay at the Best Western... [more]. We stayed 2 nights (a Saturday & Sunday) It was fantastic! The kids had a blast. There wasn't hardly any tourists there yet and the staff treated us like royalty. Boyd and Steve were excellent. Steve even took the kids on the ghost tour. They loved it. We did not get to eat at the restaurant that trip, but would definately like to try it next time. They also have Farmer Brothers coffee in the rooms which is always very good. This hotel is rich in history and the staff is fantastic! Great experience! [less]

Overall Rating: 6  Location [8] • Room [6] • Service [8] • Value [4] The hotel itself was quite charming and interesting, but the price was too much for the area! Eureka Springs is a nice place to visit with many hotels and B&B's to choose from. If you want some place that has a great history, then I would recommend staying here. Just be sure to budget for the price.

Overall Rating: 10 Although I did not spend the night in the hotel, I did spend some time walking through it. The interior is as spectacular as the exterior. They have a fascinating collection of antique band organs in the main lobby. The hotel is also said to be haunted...
