Overall, not a very pleasant stay. The level of housekeeping was generally mediocre and inconsistent. The bathroom did not appear to be cleaned very often. The front desk provided replacement items such as soap, shampoo, cups, etc. when requested, and offered an apology for the inconveneince. My guess is that the housekeeping staff were either inexperienced and/or inadequately supervis... [more]ed.
This was our first experience with a Fairfield Inn, and will probably be our last. [less]

Liked friendliness of staff and quietness of room. Disliked that "fitness room" consisted of three cardio devices and nothing else. Disliked that our room key could not open outside door, pool or fitness room the morning before our departure.
