This is an above average hotel for the price. It is located next to the highway for easy access, but not much of a view. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The Frontdesk people were very unfriendly
and unaccomidating. The man at front desk was repremanding another employee in front of everyone. They were unprofessional at lack
the personal service.

We spent one night at the Fairfield Inn in Concord. We found the hotel to be clean, nicely decorated and very accessible to all areas of Concord. A nice touch was complimentary coffee and popcorn that evening, with a nice complimentary breakfast of cereals, fresh fruit, bagels, danish, pancakes, yogurt etc. all in a small cafeteria area next to the lobby. We even saved close to $10 with our AAA... [more] membership thus paying only $80.10 for the night! [less]
