Overall Rating: 4 Location [10] • Room [8] • Service [2] • Value [4] The location was great for what we needed, we spent the day @ passion play. The staff was extremely rude, (2 Indian ladies)
They would not give extra towels, pillows, or blankets. When we went in for breakfast, they would not make us a pot of coffee or put out any more bread, cereal, orange juice, or milk. She stated she could not put out or open anything else for just 5 of us. Mind you th... [more]at there were still 45 mins left till breakfast was over, another family came though & she told them the same.
Over all dont count on a breakfast (unless you like to put up a fight), but rooms are clean & had enough room. [less]

Room was not clean. There was hair everywhere!! The hot tub was very dirty, who knows what was floating in it. They did not have enough breakfast to go around. Had to go eat at mcdonalds. The staff was rude. Was this review helpful to you? → YES / NO | | By partypooper from oklahoma • A big No No

the outdoor hot tub was awful! It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months! Walls are very thin. Could hear EVERTHING going on in the next room. Sevice was very poor. It took them 2 hours to get our room ready. I am not stying there again Was this review helpful to you? → YES / NO | |
