I had the worst stay of my life here.

If you do stay on a weekend, and you plan to be able to sleep, be sure to request a room far from the hotel's nightclub. In fact, don't allow them to assign you a room in the tower at all. The rooms are old and small and the bathrooms are dirty. Request a room by the pool. Oh, and be wary of their stained ironing boards too!

The hotel room was nice but the inside of the public hotel areas needed a bit more cleaning and upkeep. The front desk staff was helpful but could have been a bit more professional. The gym area needed more attention such as making sure towels and water were available to guests using the facility.

The staff were friendly and not pretentious, but top notch nonetheless. The hotel was immaculate. I would stay again there absolutely! The room was very comfortable, the staff very helpful, and the location quite convenient to doing business in downtown Spokane.
