The staff was sarcastic, rude and unprofessional. An employee (manager) almost ran my son over in the parking garage on his way to park in one of the few handicapped parking spots. By the way, there was NO handicapped marking anywhere on his vehicle. His handicap was certainly not physical. My children and I were placed next to a room where a "business transaction" was obviously taking place at all hours of the day and night, and nothing was done about the obnoxious noise. I would NEVER stay at this location again, and I would recommend that you do not either.

I don't know what these other people are gripping about, but I visit when ever I need a change of Pace... I've had parties there and breakfast. I always get a coner room, the one with least bit of light and an in room spa/jaccuzi... ahh so relaxing... ROOM SERVICE!!!

The first room I went to was about 95 degrees and the temperature control setting was all the way on the coolest setting. I called and was promptly given another room, in which the climate control was working properly. Rest of the place was fine. Service was prompt. Free Coffee at later hours was nice.

The staff is very rude. I was here for a long term stay and the desk staff was really aweful.
I had desk staff try to convert me to their religion and the management does nothing to challenge the staff to act in a professional manner.

We booked a nonsmoking room with 2 double beds, and told them we had four people. We were given a smoking room with one king bed, and the clerk didn't care about our reservation paperwork. She was unable to give us anouther room or a discount. The sheets on the bed were covered in crumbs and had obviously not been washed.
