Overall Rating: 6  Located around 2.5 hours from the Grand Canyon, the travel lodge is an economical and convenient lodging choice. To our nice surprise, the room we stayed was equipped with microwave, coffee maker and fridge. The hotel also got a nice pool and the japanese hot springs style jaccuzi. It's not very upscale but it has most of the amenities and conveniences leisure travelers want. I would call it ... [more]a great choice of value. [less]

The Travelodge Flagstaff (Ariz. is located off Interstate 40E Exit 198 in Flagstaff, where travelers will find many restaurants and pubs, as well as Native American shops and walking trails. The Travelodge Flagstaff is an ideal resting place for budget conscious families wishing to take in the sights of northern Arizona, including the Grand Canyon National Park, Petrified Forest and Sedona, to name but a few. This Travelodge features a heated indoor pool, spa tub, and men's and women's saunas, all set in lush, tropical grounds. After a dip, guests can dine at the hotel's Hogs' Restaurant or watch their favorite sporting event at the Hog's Hideout Sports Lounge. The hotel's game room on the second floor is also a good place to unwind. The Travelodge guestrooms come complete with high speed Internet access, data ports for those who prefer dial up Internet, coffeemakers, microwave ovens and refrigerators, and cable televisions.
