Had no problems. We enjoyed the service. The rooms were very spacious. The service was wonderful. We were treated with wonderful service. All of our personal needs were tended to.

The spa at the Ballantyne Resort is so luxurious!! I was staying there because of a family reunion in Charlotte. If it wasn't for that spa I would have gone insane! But we all love our families, right?

It was very peaceful, luxury massage experience. Should reserve more time than scheduled, cause need extra time to enjoy the place. Prices are not high if compared to prices in other hotels. Will definitely try again.

The Ballantyne Resort sits 10 miles from Charlotte, N.C. The modern suburban resort property is 18 miles from the Charlotte Douglas Airport and two miles from the Carolina Place Mall. The resort is convenient to shopping, theme park fun and downtown entertainment.

The Ballantyne boasts luxurious services and recreational activities. An 18 hole championship golf course carves its way through the spacious Carolina hills. The Dana Rader Golf School attracts students of all levels from across the country. For aquatic relaxing and fun, an indoor pool shimmers against natural light beneath white vaulted ceilings. Those interested in swimming for health and exercise, may enjoy the resistance swimming lap pool. Most indulging, the resort's spa boasts relaxation treatments including the Ballantyne Facial Classic, Field Lavender Massage, and massage treatments. The on site Ballantyne Boutique store offers specialty gifts and resort wear. Guests may enjoy dining by candlelight at Traditions restaurant, offering an extensive wine list and specialties including steak, seafood and chicken.
