The people at this hotel are very rude. They did not want to give directions,or help with any questions about the room, INCLUDING THERE BEING NO HOT WATER FOR A SHOWER, There was no heated pool. There was no resterants within walking distance. It was not a pleasant stay.

I loved the breakfast theres not a one thing i didnt like about this motel everthing is so neat I love staying here its so clean the rooms and the so warm, and the people are very nice and respectful.

EXTREMELY unhappy with this hotel. My mother in law reserved the room for us for 2 nights, and said it was paid for. When we arrived to check in, the owner said he needed to copy my credit card to have on file while we were there. I said I thought it was already paid for, and he said yes, it is, but we still have to have a copy of your card in case there were any other charges to the room. So ... [more]fine, I gave him my debit card to keep on file, since I had not planned to charge anything else to the room, no big deal right? The owner assured me, and I specifically asked, that nothing was being charged to my debit card. We then decided to stay one more night. I told the owner that I was staying another night, and he said I could pay at checkout. So when we went to check out, there was a different person at the counter. I told her that I did not want my debit card they had to be charged so to please charge my credit card, which I handed her for the one extra night. She said fine, and charged my credit card for the one night. She gives me the receipt and it has all three nights on it. I asked her about it and she said, no, it just shows all the charges to the room for the whole stay and she only charged me for the last night on my credit card. When I got home, I had checks and transactions bouncing in my checking account left and right. Turns out, they DID charge my debit card for the first two nights, after I SPECIFICALLY asked them not to charge that card, and not to mention they assured me it was already paid for. And they did charge the one night to the credit card. I ended up paying an additional $300 in bank fees for all the bounced checks in my account. The room was WAY too expensive to begin with for that cheesy motel. If I had known I would be paying $356 for 3 nights, plus another $300 for bank fees, we could have stayed at one of the nice casino/hotels on the strip. I will NEVER do business with these rip off artists again! [less]
