If you wear glasses and need them to be able to see, don't bother using the pool/waterpark because they will NOT allow you to wear your glasses even if you have a strap on them to hold them in place and they are plastic. No where in their literature and web site does it say that you won't be able to wear them, but, they will refuse to let you in the pool. The manager that was on duty state... [more]d that you can wear your glasses in all parts of the pool except the waterslides and the lazy river, but the lifeguards and the pool manager continuously made me leave the water. All signs say that glasses, contact lens and jewelry "should be removed" not must be removed.

The bathrooms were not clean and the floor of the waterpark near the food area was filthy.

The kids enjoyed the waterpark except that their mom was not allowed to participate because without glasses, I'm unable to see!

If a person has no vision impairments, the place is probably all right. When I explained that the place was discriminating against people with vision impairments, the manager, Becca, stated: "We aren't concerned with that. We care about the safety of our other guests." [less]

The waterpark is very nice, but small compared to others in WI Dells. The water is very warm and the waterpark is clean.
When booking make sure you get a newer room in the main building, otherwise you'll have to walk farther or you'll get an old room which is not worth the money.
I hope that the kiddie pool doesn't get shut down because of a child having an acciden... [more]t in the pool because of no swim diaper. That happened to us and with a 1 and 3 1/2 year old that's the main area that they will want to play in! [less]

the water park is huge, its so awsome!!!
there breakfast is very convenient!!! the rooms are very big compared to other hotels, they were also very clean. the people who work there are nice and work hard to get whatever you want. the veiw was my favorate though lake supirior is so beautiful.
