We have been going to Ocean View for years, and like I said its my home away from home.Great beach , not overcrowed at all. Just Great! We love going to the BLUE CRAB for dinner-GREAT SEAFOOD! And then to Greenies or Poppa's to party! It's truely a wonderful old beach town! Stay Away-It's my place!!!!!!

My family (2 kids: 13 and 11) enjoy the hotel. All rooms have a kitchenette, they provide a wonderful continental breakfast. But what makes this property unique is that is it located on the Cheseapke Bay. We can fish, swim in the pool, and cook out on the deck. Plus, you're less than 20 minutes from Virginia Beach. It is wonderful.

This is an excellent value. It is ON the beach and located 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the cruise terminal. Free shuttles to and from both are provided. The suites are roomy and clean with a full kitchen and a separate bedroom. Sleeping arrangements are two comfortable queen beds and a sleeper couch. Two TV's are provided for different viewing tastes. There is a breakfas... [more]t buffet included and fresh baked cookies and popcorn in the lobby. Free use of a computer (or WIFI your laptop) in the lobby and Highspeed in the rooms.
All the staff was very friendly and accomodating, especially Donna in the nice breakfast room. Also a free newspaper is outside you door every morning. I will stay there again. [less]
