OK. I'm looking for a place to stay for one night. I see this place listing and "average price $28.00". I select it and see the lowest price $57.60 with a "regular rate" of $75.00.
What gives? Guess I won't stay here!

I also read the review of the person who said there was sand everywhere. Oh well!
