I loved the rooms they were clean and beautiful.We alway's go tothe car show there.And it's always good to have hotel close to the car show.

The rooms are beautiful and the view is amazing. The pool was great for me and my kids. And the best part is we didnt have to get a rental car all we need is in the village and to get there its all walking distance

	Housekeeping was excellent; bed comfortable, location GREAT!
	Biased towards hot rod associations & crews.

Last year we got a tremendous deal. . .a room with a fireplace, dining room, refrigerator, etc. Very comfy and quiet inside.
Most of the staff were helpful; one or two . . . miserable persons.
The grounds are well maintained and managed.
Meals are high priced.

We stayed at the Fort William Henry Miller Resort for a conference in June 2004. The rooms were not kept clean. The conference center was not cleaned between sessions or even at night time. The facilities were filthy with chairs so dirty you didnt want to sit on them.

The rooms were adequate but not great. This is touted as an upscale establishment. It certainly isn't! We did not see any reason why it should be called a resort. I can certainly see why its ratings is a mere two stars.

Our conference is returning to this Resort this year. My family is not!

You couldn't find a nicer place to stay,,BUT most of all the staff you deal with certainly are the best & we mean everyone...Joe, Teri & Grandchildren
