I liked the lake front location very well.

I didn't like it because it was extremely dirty and shabby. The heater was broken on a very cool night at the end of October. The kitchen sink leaked and the dishpan under it was full of water when we got there. After adjusting the shower temperature, it would take turns blasting you with scalding water then ice cold water.... [more]r />
The toilet was broken and it took two calls from my cell phone (no phones in the room) to get it fixed.
