The last draw was on 2/19/06. The price increased by another $6.00 from the week before. Not knowing about South Bend This is the motel that we found because my guyfriend lives in South Bend. Every single week the price increases. Also the pool has been out for over a month, so you could not even use the pool. Also the front desk help staff is RUDE except Sarah. on 2/19/06 checking in to the r... [more]oom the room was freezing cold and the heat would not turn on I called the front desk and explained to them the room was freezing cold and the front desk rude as always laughed and said " oh yeah i'll turn it on now, they turn on the heat from downstairs" also the temp was only 11 in South Bend that day and freezing in that room. Also the tv remote control did not work, there was a big black stain on the top bed spread, the bathroom floor was a dirty flthy mess. [less]

The motel is located out in the middle of nowhere. There are no shopping centers, grocery stores, and no restaurants or fast food places. You are many miles from Notre Dame and with stadium traffic, it takes forever to get there following a game.
