The atmosphere and furnishings are elegant and comfortable, and the location in Seattle is great. However, the check-in staff did not seem to match the overall quality of the hotel, not being able to find a message left for us or answer questions. We had a problem with one of the windows not being shut properly and leaking in street noise and cold air. Maintenance came to check on it, but could no... [more]t correct the problem. Then my husband figured it out on his own and fixed it. But the bed was extremely comfortable and the suite was spacious and well arranged. We enjoyed it greatly in spite of the litte snafus. [less]

New hotel across the street from the university and two nearby hospitals.

I wish the hotel would give more reasonable nightly rates to families using the nearby hospitals and families visiting the university.
