My family and I had just spent a few unremarkable days at a Ritz-Carlton last month. After we got back home, my wife and I thought about all the hotels and resorts we have stayed at over the years. Our unanimous choice of the best of the best was Hotel Park City.

Hotel Park City is fantastic. We have stayed at numerous 5-star properties and Hotel Park City beats them all. Service i... [more]s what sets them apart. As an example, our Grandson became ill and was running a fever during our stay. We asked if there was a store nearby that sold thermometers. They didn't just point us in the direction of the local drug store, one of their employees actual drove (this was at night) to the drug store and purchased a thermometer for us.

Frankly, looking back over our stay there, I can't think of one negative thing about our stay. We will never stay anywhere else when we visit Park City. [less]

By Hidden Vacations User from Calgary, Canada • WE WERE AWE STRUCK BY THE SETTING AND SERVICE. We loved the luxury service, the Spa was one of the best. The setting, at the golf course and bottom of the ski runs could not have been better. We will definitely be back.

Room service needs to be kicked up a notch to match the rest of the hotel services. The Spa was worldclass. From the greeting at your arrival to the checkout. This is the way service should be done.

Right from the beginning the staff was so attentive and helpful! The bellmen are always on time, concierge arranged every detail for our stay, and the front desk staff is available at every hour. The daily turndown services is always at the perfect time. The Blvargi bath products are such a treat! I had to buy more from the spa to take home with me!
