Beautiful and unique decor, wonderful service. The gym is open 24 hours, and each machine has its own television with headset. You MUST try the Bath Butler--a concierge comes to your room and makes the most awesome bath of your life. I usually don't go in for that kind of thing, but I'm glad we did! Nice view, but the party noise from the street is considerable on a weekend night.

My husband and I, not living in Houston my home town, decided to get married there this past May. This meant that the majority of our guests had to fly and stay in Houston. We picked the ICON for ourselves and the wedding party to stay in. In the end over 80 people stayed at the ICON. All 80 people have raved about what a great hotel the ICON was. I did not get one complaint. Their rooms were grea... [more]t, the bathrooms in the rooms we huge and clean with great products, and the staff we was fun and responsive. The Whiskey Bar was a blast, and I believe we shut it down three nights running. Everyone at the ICON never seemed to mind the ruckus. One staff member I would like to single out was BC who works in vallet parking and always remembered your name and always had your car waiting. He was great and really funny. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Having 80 happy guests from all over I believe is a great testament!!! Thank you so much to the ICON for making an already great weekend even better!
