The service is superb - anything you need or require - a phone call away.

My experience was great... Service was awsome, awsome view of the bay, they have a martini bar on the top floor with the best view around. A place for a good time... a bit pricy but you wont regret it.

I love the hotels and I love USA, I never knew a best hotel like this. The service it's wanderfull and the suites are really nice. With my girlfriend went about three years and it was lovely.

The place to see and be seen! We absolutely loved it. Would go back in a heartbeat! The service was fantastic. Friday nights are really hopping there. Talk about the beautiful people of Miami. Loved It! Loved It! Loved It!

I love how the room is set up!!!and clean!! very beautiful.The employees are nice and took extra care of me.when I lost my purse they help find it.pool attendent had place it in lost in found perfect conditions. very happy gst will be coming to visit soon.

Not once before have I felt a hotel room hard to distinguish from the most beautiful of apartments. Every inch of this room was tailored and designed for comfort, convenience, and class. From the rich colors, fabrics, and textures, to the lavish brands of products displayed throughout the room it was apparent that time was spent to make sure that one received what was expected of the room. Service was impeccable; I have never been walked to my room by any hotel employee before, all while touring the space and being offered any service required. I was even handed business cards and stationary with my name pre-printed on them. These little touches are what separate the good hotels from the best hotels. Having said that, I would highly recommend this Conrad Miami Hotel (from the Hilton family of hotels) to anyone searching for the utmost elegance and comfort during the travels.

I was priviledged to satay at the Conrad in Miami in April, 2005.
The conference facilities were state of the art, the staff responsive.
The location of the hotel is convenient to everything! and the amenities are what is to be expected of a world class hotel.
The food was diverse, tastefully presented and tastety.
But it was the staff that really made the staff a wonderful experience. I felt as if they had a group of mind-readers assigned to our event! Never did we have to ask - all we had to do was glance and it appeared as if our mind was read and our need fulfilled.
Having lived in Florida and visited a number of hotels for both business and pleasure - I think I finally found the location to call my own!
The hotel, location, staff and attention to detail is just unbelievable!
