Phoenix ZooDescriptionThe Phoenix Zoo has approximately 1,200 animals on exhibit, including wonderful collections of mammals, fish, invertebrates, birds, and reptiles. All animals are kept in naturalistic enclosures. The Phoenix Zoo is divided into four different trails - the Africa Trail, Tropics Trail, Arizona Trail and Children’s Trail. The African Savanna and the Baboon Colony are the most impressive displays. The newest exhibit features monkeys from Central and South America.

Getting ThereThe Zoo is located at 455 N. Galvin Parkway in Phoenix, Arizona. The entrance to the Zoo is off Galvin Parkway in the heart of Papago Park, between McDowell and Van Buren.
