Tucson Botanical GardensDescriptionThese gardens are an oasis of beauty, inspiration and education about the natural world. There are 16 different gardens on 5 acres: a sensory garden, where visitors can touch and smell the plants and listen to the abundant bird life; historical gardens, which display the Mediterranean landscaping that the property's original owners planted in the 1930s; a cactus garden and a garden designed to attract birds. Other special gardens display wildflowers, Australian plants, and Native American herbs and crops.
Entrance FeeAdults: $5 Children (6-12): $2.50 Children 5 and under and Gardens' members are free.
Operating HoursOpen daily from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Closed New Year's Day, July 4, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
