Griffith ParkDescriptionGriffith Park is located in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles. Covering over 4,000 acres, Griffith Park one of the largest urban parks in North America and the second-largest city park in California, after Mission Trails Preserve in San Diego. Visitors of the park will find a lot to do here, including hiking, picnicking, and visiting park’s attractions. They can play golf at the Roosevelt Golf Course, study the stars at the newly renovated Griffith Observatory, or see a collection of vintage locomotives and old airplanes at the Travel Town Museum.

Getting ThereGriffith Park is located just west of the Golden State Freeway (I-5), roughly between Los Feliz Boulevard on the south and the Ventura Freeway (SR 134) on the north. Approaching the park on SR 134 eastbound, take either the Forest Lawn Drive or Victory Boulevard offramps. After leaving freeways, follow the signs into the park.
