The 1889 Queen Anne-style house is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and characterized by a variety of chimneys, a turreted tower, and an encircling veranda. Twelve guest rooms have beautiful themed decoration and offer claw-foot tubs, four-poster, canopy and sleigh beds, ornamental fireplaces, period antiques and collectibles. Full breakfast is served in the dining room. Each afternoon guests are invited for tea in the parlor or on the veranda with dainty finger sandwiches, tarts and cookies.
