Angel Island State ParkDescriptionAngel Island, located one mile from the Tiburon Peninsula, is a hilly, grass and forest-covered island. It is the largest in San Francisco Bay. The park covers 740 acres and is 788 feet high at the top of Mt. Livermore. Visitors of the park enjoy spectacular views of Marin County, San Francisco, and the Golden Gate, and the entire Bay Area. Angel Island also offers a wide variety of recreation for outdoor enthusiasts.

Getting ThereSeveral ferries are available to take you to Angel Island. They operate daily during the peak season. During the off-season (October through March) ferry schedules are subject to change and cancellation. Please confirm the availability of a boat during the off-season.
