Santa Barbara Botanic GardenDescriptionThe Santa Barbara Botanic Garden is an educational and scientific institution, advancing the knowledge and understanding of plant life. The garden was established in 1926. The Santa Barbara Botanic Garden is devoted to indigenous California plants. It features 65 acres of native trees, shrubs, wildflowers, cacti in natural settings. You can spend hours walking along the five miles of scenic trails and paths, enjoying beautifully designed landscapes. It is truly spectacular in the spring.

Operating HoursMarch - October: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. November - February: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Open one hour later on weekends. Guided tours weekdays at 2:00 p.m., weekends at 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Getting ThereFrom the South: Take U.S. Hwy 101 north to the Mission Street exit. Turn right (toward the hills) at the off-ramp stop light.
From the North: Take U.S. Hwy 101 south to the Mission Street exit. Turn left (toward the hills) at the off-ramp stop light.
