Santa Barbara Museum of ArtDescriptionThe small Santa Barbara Museum of Art feels more like the private gallery of a wealthy collector. The museum's permanent collection includes ancient sculpture, Asian art, impressionist paintings, contemporary Latin American art, and American works, and Chinese ceramics. There is a a special gallery for children. In addition to the permanent collectio, the museum often houses visiting exhibits featuring small but excellent collections from other establishments.

Getting ThereTravel Highway 101 into Santa Barbara, then take the Garden Street exit. Follow Garden Street to Anapamu Street. Make a left turn onto Anapamu, then go two blocks to Anacapa Street. Turn left onto Anacapa for one-half block, then make a right turn into the public parking garage. Walk down ramp from parking garage to the Park Wing entrance of the Santa Barbara Museum of Art.
