The Old Town GuestHouse is located in the historic Old Colorado City. Old Colorado City was founded in 1859 as a "Pikes Peak or Bust" gold rush town. The original building burned in 1990. In 1997 it was newly built as a bed and breakfast. Ongoing restoration of Old Colorado City has enhanced its beauty without diminishing its charm.

The GuestHouse offers all modern amenities for business and leisure travelers. All guest rooms have been designed to offer maximum privacy, luxury, convenience and safety. The GuestHouse has a private conference center. This conference facility is equipped to offer videoconferencing.

Breakfast is served in the indoor/outdoor dining area designed to meet those needs. All meals are planned with your health in mind. Special dietary breakfast can be arranged.
