Manitou Cliff DwellingsDescriptionTake a trip into America's past. There are no "Do Not Touch" signs. Visitors are free to touch and go inside these architectural remnants of an American Indian culture. These authentic Anasazi cliff dwellings were built more than 700 years ago. They feature over 40 rooms, including a revered ceremonial kiva. All the tours are self-guided. There are also two museums with exhibits on prehistoric Anasazi Indian life, and gift shops with replicas of Anasazi artifacts, hand-made Indian jewelry and pottery.

Operating HoursThe Manitou Cliff Dwellings is open seven days a week year-round. Hours of operation: June, July & August - 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. May & September - 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. December, January & February - 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. March, April, October & November - 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
