Downing Street Bed and Breakfast was built for W.M. Greenleaf in 1923; the two-story wood frame home is considered a modified bungalow style. The interior appartments include hardwood floors, high baseboards and wood sash windows.

The Downing Street Bed and Breakfast is located four blocks from the St. Johns River and St. Vincent's Hospital. We are close to I-95 and I-10 and about 20 minutes from the Jacksonville International Airport. We are a mile from the Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens and less than 3 miles from downtown Jacksonville's Sports Complex and the Times-Union Center for the Performing Arts.
