Waimea Valley Audubon Center

Description

The Waimea Valley Audubon Center offers visitors an opportunity to join generations of Hawaiian islanders who have explored the beautiful Waimea Valley. Walk along gentle paths through gardens to the cool, clear pool below historic Waihi Falls. Enjoy the breathtaking views. The park is home to 6,000 plant species and hundreds of animal species. Macaws and peacocks wander the grounds fearlessly. Majestic giant lilies float in serene pools.

Adults: $8
Seniors (60+): $5
Children (age 4-12): $5
Children under 4: free

Operating Hours & Seasons

The Waimea Valley Audubon Center is open nearly every day of the year from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and is closed only on Christmas and New Year's Day.

Getting There

The Waimea Valley Audubon Center is located on the North Shore of Oahu, directly across from Waimea Bay on the mountain side of Highway 83.
