McCall was founded as a timber town and has grown into a popular year round destination. Located 100 miles north of Boise, McCall is just a two-hour drive along the Payette River Scenic Byway from its gateway city. McCall is home to Brundage Mountain, Ponderosa State Park, the U.S. Forest Service Smokejumper Base, and the annual Winter Carnival. McCall offers something for everyone throughout the year. And now we want to offer our beautiful Cedar Home for you!
The professionally decorated Cedar Home is warm and welcoming, and is nestled in a beautiful wooded area in the Master Planned community of Spring Mountain Ranch in McCall Idaho. Just five minutes from downtown McCall, this family home offers easy access to all sights and activities that the surrounding region has to offer. Step outside to enter the groomed Nordic skiing area in the winter, and then for summer, bring the clubs for a tour around the links. The outside area offers plenty of space to spread-out on our 1/2 acre, with room for snowmobiles and trailer parking.
Our 1900 square foot home, with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths offers plenty of living space for a family vacation. Relax and stretch out in the Master Bedroom with large walk in closet and plenty of storage. The living room has cathedral ceilings, a warm inviting fireplace, and is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is completely set up with a center area for socializing with company. We use all hypoallergenic materials on our King and Queen sized beds, plus our 300+ thread count sateen sheets make for the most comfortable nights sleep!
