Cedar Rapids Museum of Art DescriptionThe Cedar Rapids Museum of Art owns over 5,000 works of art, including the world's largest collections of works by Grant Wood, Marvin D. Cone and Mauricio Lasansky. They are displayed in four galleries on the first floor and four galleries on the second floor. The museum also has a strong collection of Iowa artists, contemporary midwestern painting and photography, and collection of ancient Roman portrait busts.

Free admission for everyone Thursdays 4 to 7 p.m.
Operating HoursTuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday: 12 noon to 4 p.m. Closed Mondays and major holidays.
Getting ThereFrom the South: Take Interstate 380 North. Exit at 20B (there is a sign for the Museum of Art).
From the North: Take Interstate 380 South. Exit at 20B (there is a sign for the Museum of Art).
The Museum of Art is located between 4th and 5th Street, on the left side. A parking lot is available at this entrance.
