Sedgwick County ZooDescriptionThe Sedgwick County Zoo is located in Wichita. It is the largest zoo in Kansas and one of the largest in the United States. The zoo is home to more than 2,500 animals of nearly 500 different species - mammals, birds, amphibians, reptiles, and fishes. In addition to viewing, visitors can interact with the animals. There is a children's play area, story times, snack bars, boat rides and trams.
