Eastport House B&B is located less than a block from water's edge, at the corner of First Street and Severn Avenue. It is Annapolis' only historic B&B located in the maritime district. Built in the 1860's, the house has a colorful history: it served as a farmhouse, schoolhouse, and now it is a guest house.

Recently renovated, Eastport House combines many charming features of the past with the comfortable amenities of today's lifestyle. It offers five cozy guest rooms, each with cable television and a private telephone line. Delicious breakfast may include waffles, blueberry pancakes, French toast, or eggs of varied styles, fresh fruit, juices, cereal, yogurt, and breads.
