Folsom Children's Zoo & Botanical GardensDescriptionFolsom Children's Zoo is home to more than exotic 300 animals, including monkeys, tamarins, kangaroos, leopards, turtles, peacocks and macaws. Visitors can experience wildlife close and personal at this fun zoo. Exotic animals are surrounded by botanical gardens with 400 species of plants. The gardens also contain numerous aquatic plant species that are grown in and around the pools.

Children under 2 free.
Operating HoursOperating season is April 15 - October 15.
The zoo is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Holidays: Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's day, and Labor day, open normal hours, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Fourth of July: The Zoo closes at 4 p.m.
