Monmouth MuseumDescriptionThe Monmouth Museum is one of the top five museums in New Jersey. It is located in Lincroft, on the campus of Brookdale Community College, the museum can be reached from the Garden State Parkway.
Some exhibitions present charming looks at local history, flora and fauna. Others, like animated prehistoric beasts, bring ancient epochs to life.
Monmouth Museum is believed to have the biggest Sewing Bird Collection in the United States.

The Monmouth Museum is located on the Brookdale Community College campus. The Museum can be reached from the Garden State Parkway exit 109. Travel west on Newman Springs Road (Rt. 520) to the Brookdale entrance on the left. Enter and make the first right turn onto Museum Drive. Follow signs to parking area #1. As alternates, both Highways 34 and 35 intersect Newman Springs Road (Rte. 520). To reach the Museum from western Monmouth County, take Highway 33 to Route 537 North. Take Route 537 North to Highway 34. Make a left onto Highway 34. Travel approximately 1 mile and make right onto Phalanx Rd and go approximately 4. The entrance to Brookdale will be on the left. Follow signs to parking lot #1.
