25 minutes to Lake Placid, convenient to Horse Shows, sports venues, and shopping; 15 minutes to Villages of Saranac Lake and Tupper Lake.
There are four bedrooms: three with double beds, one with twin beds plus "children's alcove" with two child-size single beds in the house.
There are also two baths, fully equipped kitchen and spacious, furnished screened porch, living room, dining room and den.
No smoking. No pets.
